The 20 m³ tractor-towed grain and fertilizer transfer cart is designed for high-capacity grain transport, unloading and fertilizer transfer in large-scale agricultural operations. It features a 20 m³ hopper and a high-discharge auger with a 377 mm discharge tube. The auger raises hydraulically to 5.5 m and rotates 180° left and 180° right for controlled transfer into trucks, applicators or receiving equipment. No dedicated spreading mechanism or spreading width is provided as standard for this configuration.

Operation Instructions and Safety Notes

Loading safety
Distribute grain or fertilizer evenly in the hopper. Do not exceed the specified maximum load capacity. Uneven loading can affect trailer stability during transport.
High-discharge unloading safety
Ensure no people or obstacles are near the discharge area before unloading. Raise and rotate the discharge auger smoothly; avoid sudden movements that could cause vehicle instability or product spillage.
Material conveying safety
Monitor material flow during unloading. If blockage or abnormal operation occurs, stop the conveying system before inspecting or clearing the obstruction.
Weather precautions
Avoid high-discharge unloading in strong wind conditions where grain or fertilizer may drift and affect unloading accuracy or the surrounding area.
