Overview
The THX-360 (36 ft) and THX-600 (60 ft) are single-row disc-and-harrow tillage units designed for post-harvest residue management and pre-seeding seedbed preparation. A row of concave discs sizes straw and mixes chaff into the soil, followed by a five-bar heavy harrow that chops, spreads and levels residue for improved soil warming, moisture infiltration and uniform seedbed conditions.

How it works
The 20" 10° concave discs on 8.5" spacing cut and size straw while incorporating chaff into the topsoil. The following five-bar heavy harrow breaks and evens residue discharged from the discs, providing consistent surface distribution and leveling ahead of seeding operations.

Harrow pressure options
The harrow downforce is configurable to match residue and field conditions:

• Spring adjustment: two tension springs to increase or decrease down pressure (down pressure only)
• Manual hydraulic: cylinders on harrow arms provide up or down pressure, adjusted via valve at hitch
• Electronic hydraulic: cylinders with cab-mounted monitor for in-cab up/down pressure adjustment

Durability and serviceability
Robust components include cast wing knuckles with 2.5" pins and greasable spring-steel bushings. Discs use four-bolt service-free hubs; rubber torsion shanks are designed for long life and consistent ground following to reduce maintenance downtime.
