The FR Series is an advanced continuous-flow grain dryer designed to optimize fuel consumption across processing volumes. An innovative heat-recovery ventilation system improves energy efficiency, lowering operating costs and environmental impact.

Main components
  • Loading hopper: Internal geometry ensures steady grain flow and optimal feeding to the drying column.

Drying process flows
  • Air intake: Process air is drawn from the environment and heated.
  • Hot air circulation: Heated air from the burner passes through the grain, transferring heat and absorbing moisture.
  • Product cooling: In the lower section, dried product is cooled with ambient air before extraction.
  • Exhaust air expulsion: Moisture-saturated exhaust air is expelled from the dryer.
  • Energy recovery: Hot air from the final drying phase is recovered and reintroduced to reduce fuel consumption.
