Drying process flows- Air intake: Process air is drawn from the environment and heated.
- Hot air circulation: Heated air from the burner passes through the grain, transferring heat and absorbing moisture.
- Product cooling: In the lower section, dried product is cooled with ambient air before extraction.
- Exhaust air expulsion: Moisture-saturated exhaust air is expelled from the dryer.
- Energy recovery: Hot air from the final drying phase is recovered and reintroduced to reduce fuel consumption.
