The FALCON T is engineered for fast, precise and versatile fertilizer spreading in field conditions. Designed to reduce downtime, ensure consistent metering from the first kilogram and accept multiple spreading systems without compromise.

Key features

• Controlled product flow from hopper filling: standard break-up bar prevents bridging and guarantees consistent feed to the metering belt.
• Anti-settling roof on T160 and T240 relieves pressure on the conveyor and protects fragile products.
• Pneumatic loading: built-in air vents enable tanker loading with the tarp closed to limit dust and overpressure.
• Stop-and-dump function: conveyor-assisted complete emptying toward the rear for fast, residue-free product changeover. Electrically or hydraulically operable on specified models.
• 3° forward-inclined hopper design maintains product towards the front to preserve tractor axle load and improve traction and stability as the hopper empties.
• 800 mm wide metering belt conveys product to spreading discs without an agitator to preserve granule integrity and maintain a constant flow.
• Three interchangeable spreading systems (field-changeable in 7–15 minutes, tool-free):
  
  • Granule disc — working widths up to 52 m; rotating chutes and Epsilon blades for even distribution.
  • Wet bulk disc — for limestone, manure, compost; flow >600 kg/min; application rates up to 10 t/ha; typical 12 m working width.
  • Screw-type spreader — deposits dry powder close to ground level over 9 or 12 m to eliminate wind drift.

Electronics, dosing & control

• ECONOV+ (ISOBUS) option: hydraulic metering drive continuously controlled by application software; integrates forward speed, target rate, slope and GPS-based adjustments in real time.
• Mechanical DPA drive (forward-speed proportional) available on other models for robust control.
• Dosing hatches operated by hydraulic cylinders (standard manual single hatch; hydraulic opening optional). Optional independent left/right hatches for fine pattern control via two double-acting valves.
• On ECONOV+ models, hatches driven by brushless electric motors for instant, ultra-precise positioning and consistent application during speed changes and section cuts.
• SKY Orbital system (patented): brushless electric motors control metering flaps for instantaneous response and precise flap positioning even at high travel speeds.
• On-board weighing: up to 6 stainless-steel load cells with built-in intelligence; CAN-Bus transmission; 400 measurements/second; triple automatic real-time compensation (slope, temperature, mechanical deformation). Static weighing optional to display exact hopper load.
• Optional camera system (up to three cameras) for rear spread pattern, disc feed and hopper interior; compatible with CCI ISOBUS terminals and integrated LED lighting for day/night use.

Digital ecosystem & tools

• Fertitest: centralizes settings tables; sends fan blade settings, chute position and T-factor via Wi‑Fi to the machine electronics.
• SARA: multilingual app with tutorials, digital flow charts, assembly instructions and parts access; offline-capable resources for operators.
• FertiEye: photographic ballistic analysis of granules (one photo) to compute T-factor and optimal chute settings; transmits settings via Wi‑Fi to the machine to remove guesswork with unlisted or variable products.

Warranty
7-year anti-perforation corrosion warranty available for DX, X and XT fertiliser distributors (applies to applicable manufacturing dates as described by the manufacturer).
