Irrigation hydrometer IER-U series

The Model IER-U swivel hydrocounter is a device subject to European patent Ep1984663, which refers to the peculiarity guaranteed by the 360° swivel fitting. It also features an innovative conformation due to the integration of an elliptical-type hydraulic diaphragm valve, also subject to patent, which ensures lower pressure drop, a large passage section and greater reliability than a traditional diaphragm. The hydrocounter is equipped with an ultrasonic flow meter, equipped with a pulse output and capable of measuring instantaneous flow rates and total volumes. The ultrasonic system ensures high accuracy even at low flow rates, very low pressure drop, the reduced need for maintenance and a long service life precisely because of the absence of moving mechanical parts within the flow. The device is powered by a lithium battery with a service life of about 10 years. The swivel joint, ensures convenient operation for multiutility management.
