Description
The FlexPlanter-S extracts plants from donor trays using in-house plant grippers assisted by a pusher-pin system from below, providing clear separation for quality assessment. The integrated imaging system approves plants automatically for transplanting; rejected plants and empty plugs are conveyed to a waste belt. Destination trays can be output 100% filled or with deliberate voids to allow operator correction and increase throughput. The control interface is intuitive and includes built-in self-diagnosis. The FlexPlanter-S is designed for growers propagating young plants who want to reduce labor while improving uniformity and product quality.
