AMAZONE Catros+ 12003-2TX is a trailed compact disc harrow offered in 12.00 m and optional 12.25 m working widths for Controlled Traffic Farming (CTF). It combines an integrated TX mid-mounted chassis with a 5-part ContourFrame folding system, individually suspended 510 mm discs (optional 480 mm X-Cutter for very shallow work), a wide range of rear packers and maintenance-free disc bearings. The machine is designed to deliver high outputs with low tractive force and is targeted at large farms and contractors.

Applications
The Catros+ is specialised for fast, shallow and intensive soil cultivation: stubble cultivation to break capillarity, stale seedbed preparation, incorporation of catch crops and organic fertilisers, secondary stubble cultivation and seedbed preparation. It is suitable for minimal soil inversion shallow work and universal year-round use.

Operation & equipment
The integrated TX chassis with generously dimensioned transport tyres provides excellent road behaviour. Optional ComfortClick and hydraulic drawbar functions simplify switching between transport and work positions and improve operator comfort. The Smart Frame System increases internal clearance when working deeper to allow reliable mixing of large amounts of organic material. The ContourFrame with five individually floating segments ensures consistent coverage on very undulating ground.
