Overview
The Cenio 5000-2 from AMAZONE is a hydraulically-folding mounted mulch cultivator with a 5 m working width, designed for tractors from approx. 220 hp. It extends the Cenio range previously available in 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 m variants.

Application and working range
The three-stagger tine concept operates at working depths from 5 to 30 cm and is suitable for both shallow stubble cultivation and deeper topsoil loosening. With a tine spacing of 30 cm the machine runs free of blockage even with large amounts of crop residues and mixes organic matter evenly into the soil.

Versions and overload protection
Two versions are offered:

• Special: shear-bolt overload protection.
• Super: compression-spring overload protection with a trigger force of 500 kg.

Shares and tine system
The C-Mix 3 tine system provides multiple share options to match the intended use:

• 320 mm goose-foot share for shallow stubble cultivation.
• 360 mm C-Mix wing share for superficial working and cutting crop residues.
• 100 mm or 80 mm C-Mix shares for basic soil cultivation.
• 40 mm C-Mix share for deep loosening.

Adjustment and levelling
Working depth is adjusted fully hydraulically from the tractor cab as standard, with a large, easy-to-read scale. Levelling behind the tines is performed by concave, finely serrated discs (Ø 410 mm) mounted in maintenance-free bearings. The LevelControl system automatically adjusts the levelling unit depth when the tine working depth is changed to ensure a consistent finish.

Reconsolidation and rollers
Six different packer rollers are available to suit various field conditions. A quick-change system allows fast exchange of rollers. A single-row harrow can be fitted behind the packer. Optional support wheels improve running on uneven ground. Example option: KWM 600 wedge ring roller with matrix tyre profile.
