Overview
Our chain conveyor AHKA is equipped with a self-cleaning deflection unit and an automatic chain tensioner. It offers unrivaled operating reliability and maximum uptime at a throughput of up to 200 tons per hour.

Key benefits

• Easy maintenance: Screw fasteners on the sprocket wheel and the chain flights allow rapid replacement and maintenance of these components.
• Designed for continuous operation and a long lifetime: Equipped with safety devices such as a material level sensor in the drive unit and a zero-motion monitor in the return unit to detect chain ruptures early and maintain high system availability.
• Reduced backup: Deflection plates on the drive and return units prevent product backup; enclosed discharge flaps are completely flush with the bottom to meet demanding sanitation requirements.

Highlight features
The casing walls and bottom are made from edged sheet and are not bolted, preventing floury products from getting trapped in small gaps. The chain is a round link chain with injection-molded plastic flights, contributing to improved hygiene and food safety. The conveyor is specially designed for floury products and offers versatility in conveying.
