Product Overview
The towed disc manure spreader is designed to evenly distribute various solid fertilizers (livestock manure, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, etc.) across farmland using one or two high-speed rotating discs. Multiple hopper capacities and adjustable spreading settings make the machine suitable for small farms and large planting bases.

Function Introduction
The spreader conveys fertilizer from the hopper to the rotating disc(s) via a chain-scraper conveying system. High-speed disc rotation and a specific blade geometry ensure a consistent and adjustable spreading pattern. Operators can set spreading width and disc speed according to crop requirements and field conditions.

Precautions for use

• 1. Pre-operation inspection: Check hitch components (pins, hooks), tires and wheels (pressure, deformation), spreading discs and conveying system (rotation, blade condition, transmission).
• 2. During operation: Adjust travel speed, disc rotation and spreading width according to fertilizer type and field conditions; avoid overloading beyond rated hopper capacity.
• 3. Maintenance: Clean residual fertilizer from hopper and discs after use, inspect disc blades and transmission for wear and replace parts as needed; store in a dry, ventilated place when idle.
