The 2FGH series towed disc manure spreader is built for uniform application of solid fertilizers (livestock manure, organic and compound fertilizers) across agricultural fields. Hopper capacities cover 3–12 m³ with single- or double-disc spreading units available to match application rate and field conditions.

Function
Fertilizer is conveyed from the hopper to the rotating disc(s) by a chain-scraper push conveyor. Disc speed and blade geometry are adjustable to achieve a consistent, controllable spreading pattern. Operators set spreading width and disc speed according to fertilizer type, moisture and ground conditions.

Precautions for use

• 1. Pre-operation inspection: check hitch components (pins, hooks), tires and wheels (pressure, deformation), spreading discs and conveying system (rotation, blade condition, transmission).
• 2. During operation: adjust travel speed, disc rotation and spreading width according to fertilizer type and field conditions; avoid overloading beyond rated hopper capacity.
• 3. Maintenance: clean residual fertilizer from hopper and discs after use, inspect disc blades and transmission for wear and replace parts as needed; store in a dry, ventilated place when idle.
