Product overview
Trailed double vertical-beater manure spreader 2FGH-8S for tractor mounting. Designed to handle dry and wet manure, blocky manure, compost, organic and granular fertilizers, plus materials such as sand and lime. Hopper capacity: 8 m³ (other models available 10 / 12 / 16 / 20 m³). Spread width adjustable approximately 6–20 m (typical 8–18 m).

Conveying and control
The conveying system is driven by tractor PTO / hydraulic output. An internal chain-scraper conveyor feeds material rearwards while a precision speed control valve and large discharge gate allow controlled, continuous output suited to application rates.

Operation and maintenance

• Pre‑operation checks: verify hitch, PTO/hydraulic connections, tyre pressure and general frame condition.
• During spreading: adjust tractor speed, beater and conveyor speeds and gate opening to material and application rate; avoid overloading.
• Maintenance: clean residues after use, inspect wear parts (blades, chain, gearbox) regularly and replace as needed; store in a dry ventilated place and relieve hydraulic pressure for long storage.
