Product overviewThe double vertical beater manure spreader is a tractor-towed spreader designed to break, convey and evenly distribute organic and granular fertilizers, dry or wet manure, sand or lime. The vertical beater system crushes and disperses material while the conveyor moves the load rearward; spreading width is adjustable, typically 6–20 m.
Key features- Efficient crushing: Twin vertical augers driven by a triple-drive gearbox provide stable power and effective breakdown of sticky or large loads; stepped blade arrangement ensures more uniform crushing and blades are replaceable.
- Uniform spreading: Vertical beaters and adjustable discharge deliver even distribution to support consistent nutrient uptake.
- Wide applicability: Suitable for large farms, pastures and grasslands; handles wet or dry manure, organic and granular fertilizers, sand and lime.
- Adjustable output: Large flow fertilizer gate and precision speed control valve allow smooth discharge and regulation of application rate.
- Robust construction: Thickened steel hopper, wear-resistant auger blades, high-strength axles and suitable tires for reduced maintenance and long service intervals.

- Fertilizer conveying method: Chain scraper push
Precautions for use1. Pre-operation inspection- Check hitch and connecting components: ensure secure connection to tractor; inspect hooks, drawbar and linkage for damage or looseness.
- Tires and chassis: verify tire pressure and tread condition; inspect chassis for deformation or cracks to ensure safe towing.
- Power transmission: inspect hydraulic lines and connections from tractor; ensure no leaks and correct valve operation to drive the beaters and conveyor.
- Spreading device check: verify vertical augers rotate freely and are free of obstructions; inspect auger blades, conveyor chain tension and fertilizer gate operation.
2. During the fertilization process- Control towing speed according to fertilizer type and application rate; excessive speed may cause uneven spreading or overloading.
- Adjust auger speed, conveyor speed and gate opening based on material characteristics; observe spreading pattern and fine-tune settings as needed.
- Avoid overloading the hopper and transmission components beyond rated capacity to prevent damage.
3. Maintenance and upkeep- Clean after use: remove residual fertilizer from hopper, augers and conveyor to prevent corrosion; rinse with water while avoiding electrical and critical transmission parts.
- Monitor wear: regularly inspect auger blades, conveyor chain, gearbox and replace severely worn parts.
- Storage: store in a dry, ventilated place when not in use; relieve hydraulic pressure for long-term storage.
