The HUIFU 5 m³ hydraulic trailed dual-disc manure spreader is engineered for transport and uniform distribution of solid livestock manure, organic and compound fertilizers. It features a 5 m³ hopper, chain-board feeding and a rear-mounted dual-disc spreading unit, designed for tractor towing and field application of solid fertilizers.

Operation Notes
Material is conveyed rearward by the chain-board and distributed by rotating discs. Adjust spreading width, disc speed and tractor travel speed according to fertilizer type and field conditions. Monitor distribution pattern during operation and fine-tune settings as required. Avoid overloading the hopper to prevent reduced mobility and impaired spreading performance.

Safety and Maintenance
Pre-operation checks: verify hitch connection, pins, hooks, tires, wheel hubs, spreading discs, blades and transmission components for damage, looseness or blockage. Loading and transport: do not exceed rated load capacity and ensure secure coupling to the tractor. Operate at safe travel speeds relative to field conditions and load.

Maintenance: remove residual fertilizer from the hopper and spreading components after use. Cleaning with water is permitted but avoid water ingress into electrical and transmission parts. Inspect disc blades and drive components regularly and replace severely worn parts. Store the machine in a dry, ventilated area during long-term storage to limit corrosion.
