This self‑propelled three‑wheel manure and fertilizer spreader (model 2FGH-1.5SL) combines transport and application in one pass. It operates without a tractor and can distribute organic fertilizers, farm manure, compost and various animal manures via either a screw auger or twin‑disc spreading unit. The compact, manoeuvrable design is suited to flat fields, orchards, vineyards, greenhouses, slopes and hilly terrain, improving efficiency and reducing labour requirements compared with manual spreading.

Construction and drive
The hopper is manufactured as a single welded piece and reinforced with ribs to resist deformation. Surface treatment includes polishing, phosphating, primer and topcoat for improved corrosion and alkali resistance. The chassis uses a Wuzheng double‑beam frame with electric start and power steering; typical power unit is a Changchai diesel (China IV). The system is hydraulically controlled: engine‑driven gear pump, hydraulic tank and reducer controlling the chain conveyor. A reinforced U‑shaped scraper, mining‑grade chains and sprockets ensure high strength and durability. A double‑cylinder hydraulic rear door prevents accumulation; a hydraulic motor drives the spreading disc and a flow control valve adjusts spreading width and feed speed.

Spreading & feeding
Spreading options: twin‑disc or screw auger (depending on configuration). Feeding: chain conveyor with uniform delivery to the spreading unit. Typical adjustable working width 6–12 m via hydraulic flow control; conveying speed is adjustable to match material and field conditions.
