Product Overview
This self-propelled three-wheel diesel manure and fertilizer spreader operates without a tractor and combines transport and fertilization in one pass. It uses a twin-disc or screw auger distribution system and is suitable for organic fertilizer, farm manure, compost and livestock manure. The design offers compact dimensions, good maneuverability and uniform spreading to reduce labor and increase field efficiency.

Hopper, Chassis & Hydraulic System
The hopper is manufactured as a single-piece with reinforced ribs to resist deformation. Surface treatment includes polishing, phosphating, primer and topcoat to improve corrosion resistance. The chassis uses a Wuzheng domestic brand frame with electric start and power steering. Powered by a China Stage IV Changchai engine, the double-beam reinforced chassis provides high load capacity. The hydraulic system is engine-driven via a gear pump and pulley, linked to a hydraulic oil tank. A reducer controls the chain conveyor for steady feeding. The unit includes a reinforced U-shaped scraper, mining-grade chains and sprockets. The double-cylinder hydraulic lifting rear door prevents clogging and deformation. A hydraulic motor drives the spreading disc with a flow control valve to adjust spreading width and conveying speed.
