Product description
This self-propelled tricycle manure spreader integrates transport and fertilizing in a single operation and is designed for spreading organic fertilizers such as farm manure, compost, cow/pig/sheep/chicken manure. It operates without a tractor and is available with screw-auger or double-disc spreading mechanisms. The compact, flexible design suits flat fields, grassland, slopes and hilly terrain for agricultural, forestry and pastoral use, offering uniform spreading and straightforward operation.

Hopper and surface treatment
The hopper is fabricated as a single seamless-welded unit reinforced with ribs to resist deformation. Surface treatment includes polishing, phosphating, primer and topcoat with curing to increase alkali and corrosion resistance.

Chassis and power
The chassis uses a leading domestic brand (Wuzheng) with electric start and power steering for easier handling. Engines may include China 4-standard Changchai units. The frame is a double-beam reinforced design to ensure load capacity and safety.

Transmission and spreading mechanism
The drive and spreading systems are hydraulically controlled. The engine drives a gear pump via pulley connected to the hydraulic tank. A reducer drives the chain-scraper conveyor to ensure smooth, uniform feeding; scraper blades are U-shaped, thickened and reinforced with mining-grade chains and sprockets for strength and durability.

Hydraulic door and flow control
A double-cylinder hydraulic lift door prevents composting, blockage and deformation. A hydraulic motor drives the spreading disc; a flow control valve adjusts spreading width and conveying speed to match fertilizer type and working conditions.

Precautions for use

• 1. Operator training and safety: Operators must know controls and functions (accelerator, brake, gears, spreading device controls) and follow safety rules.
• 2. Pre-use inspection: Check body, chassis and frame for damage; inspect tire pressure and condition; verify oil, coolant and fuel/electric supply; check belts, chains and spreading components for free rotation and obstructions.
• 3. Loading and transport: Do not exceed rated capacity; load evenly to avoid centre-of-gravity shift; follow farm traffic rules, avoid sudden braking and sharp turns.
• 4. Spreading operation: Adjust width, speed and angle according to fertilizer type, particle size and humidity; ensure no personnel or obstacles near the spreading device; match vehicle speed to device settings and monitor performance.
• 5. Maintenance: Clean residues after use, avoid water ingress to electrical and key transmission parts; maintain engine (oil, filters, spark plugs) and spreading components (lubrication, replace worn parts); store in a dry ventilated place for long-term storage.
