Functions

Precautions for use

• 1. Operation: Operators must be familiar with driving, loading/unloading, high-altitude pipe rotation and lifting; understand hydraulic, transmission and conveying systems.
• 2. Safety inspection: Before each use check tire pressure, brakes, lights, auger connections, rotation and lifting mechanisms, and for leaks or blockages.
• 3. Loading precautions: Load evenly to avoid center-of-gravity shifts; do not exceed rated capacity.
• 4. Unloading operation: Keep personnel and obstacles clear of discharge area; control auger rotation and lift speed; stop immediately if abnormal behavior occurs.
• 5. Maintenance: Regular maintenance (oil changes, air filter cleaning, bolt checks); monitor hydraulic oil; clean residual material after use to prevent corrosion and blockage.
• 6. Adverse weather: Clean after use in wet conditions to prevent rust; avoid unloading in strong winds to prevent scattering.
