The belt tedders/rakes with innovative left-right pivoting linkage enable quality spreading, tedding or raking of fresh or dry forage. They can be adapted for the front or rear linkage to the tractor. The belt tedders/rakes FAVORIT 234 ALP are a great choice for farms that need small, useful, and robust machines for spreading, turning, or raking forage. Damage to the turf and the entry of soil and sand into the forage is prevented because the spring tines never touch the ground. PIVOTING LINKAGE Pendular 3-point left-right linkage ±6° enables adaptation to terrain. The machine can be front- or rear-mounted. TEDDING or RAKING When spreading or turning forage, the ejection side of the machine is slightly lifted (picture on the left). When raking into the side swath, the height of the machine is uniform and the curtain is set according to the width of the swath (picture on the right). SWATH CURTAIN With hydraulic (optional) or mechanical adjustment of the swath curtain, forage can be turned or raked. EASY WORKING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT Adjusting wheel height is fast and easy with the lever. DOUBLE JOCKEY WHEEL The double jockey wheel provides excellent adjustment to the ground, especially on very steep and rugged terrains. HAY REMOVER When raking or tedding hay, a hay remover is available as an option to prevent forage from accumulating on the machine. EASY MAINTAINANCE Simple tensioning of the belts with tensioning screws on the sides.
