Description

Before transplanting of the tobacco plant in the ground it requires important phases such as HARROWING The preparation of the ground is required to arrange for an adequate bed of transplanting, and normally is needed a not excessively deep ploughing and followed by the harrowing. This way the rotary tiller could be negative for the drainage of the water and could create a hard barrier to the plant roots. In contrast, the harrow, however, can work more deeply without hardening the underground soil and creating a soft and fine soil, ideal for a transplant. To avoid these situations, and to better prepare the ground, we assumed to use for the operation of preparation of the soil the following units: EQUIPMENT: STANDARD EQUIPMENT: • 3 point universal hitch (Cat. 3N) • Front oscillating bar hitch • Single speed unit, 1000 rpm • Central fixed cardan (1“ 3/8 Z6 up to mod. 5000, 1” 3/4 Z20 for mod. 6000) • Side cardan with safety bolt • 22 cm rotor spacing, with 100x12 mm knives • Quick blades release • Adjustable conical bearings • Circular blade holder shaft “HEAVY DUTY” version • Central and side gears (with cementation treatment), “HEAVY DUTY” version • Transmission body in oil bath • Automatic hydraulic device with safety hooks for transport up to mod. 5000 • Hydraulic opening and closing of the bodies with 2 jack and controlled block valves up to mod. 5000 • Hydraulic opening and closing of the bodies with 4 jack and controlled block valves for mod. 6000 • Adjustable height side skirting • Pin regulation of the levelling bar by height and distance from the blades In roller versions • Pin regulation of the rear rollers
