SPAPPERI line is designed to ensure a continuous, safe, and efficient workflow, with the goal of preserving product quality while reducing operating costs. Main components: Inclined feeding belt: receives the green tobacco and transfers it to the second belt. • Second high-speed inclined belt: shorter but faster, it allows precise separation of the leaves and, thanks to a special rake, deposits the tobacco gradually and evenly into the loading hopper. • Oscillating loading hopper: distributes the leaves uniformly along its entire length inside the drying container placed on the underlying platform. • Three-station operating platform: o one central loading station, with or without electronic scale; o two lateral stations, alternating between packaging and overturning. Cycle operation: When the container on the central station reaches full capacity or the programmed weight, it is automatically transferred to the overturning station. At the same time, the empty container on the packaging station is moved to the central position for filling, while a new empty container is placed on the packaging station. The full container is overturned and directed to the drying oven. An alternative version of the platform is also available, equipped with a single operating station, with or without an electronic scale.
