Speed fan controller Acontrol

Overview
Electronic voltage controllers (phase angle control devices) provide cost-effective speed control for voltage-controllable external rotor asynchronous motors and associated fans. Available for rated currents up to 80 A, these controllers include built-in 5-step switches as standard and are designed to avoid electronic motor noise when controlling motors and fans.

General note
Most ZIEHL-ABEGG external rotor motors are voltage-controllable. Voltage controllers enable simple and economical speed regulation of these motors and fans. ZIEHL-ABEGG offers a wide range of electronic phase-controlled regulators as well as transformer-based options.

Acontrol
Product specification:
Speed adjustment by phase control principle. Individual or parallel control of 1~ motors or fans.

Properties & special features:
Suited for combination with ZIEHL-ABEGG external rotor motors and fans.

Output range:

• 1~ Acontrol: 2.5 to 20 A

Scope of functions:

• Acontrol as speed controller with easy rotational speed setting via integrated rotary knob or via 0–10 V input.
• Acontrol with integrated control functions for pressure and temperature regulation up to universal control tasks; additional inputs and outputs available.
• Industry-specific special versions, e.g. agricultural application with 1~ Acontrol as a ventilation controller.

Dcontrol + Ucontrol
