Wood shredder turns raw materials into technological chips. The resulting chips can be 10, 15, 20 and 25 mm in size. Wood shredder MS-80BD is equipped with a gasoline engine of brand WEIMA of 16 hp. Extended description Wood shredder MS-80BD disk type with two input bins is designed for processing and disposal by the method of grinding branches, vines, leaves, bark and other garden waste. Wood shredder turns raw materials into technological chips. The resulting chips can be 10, 15, 20 and 25 mm in size. Wood shredder is completed with 3 sieves to change the fraction of crushed raw materials. The MC-80BD machine is capable of cutting branches up to 90 mm in diameter, depending on the humidity and the breed of the tree. The resulting chips can be used as fuel for pyrolysis and solid fuel boilers, fireplaces, stoves and other heating devices. Chips can also be used as mulching material or fertilizer for plants. The main feature of the leaf chopper MC-80BD is its raw material loading system, which is two bins. The top-loading hopper is designed for grinding leaves, bark and garden waste. The side loading hopper is designed for grinding branches up to 90mm in diameter. Unloading of the chips is carried out through a direct bunker embankment.
