Overview
The MC-80BD is a gasoline-powered combined wood shredder with two input hoppers. It is designed to shred branches, vines, leaves, bark, grass and small wood waste into calibrated industrial chips suitable for solid-fuel boilers, fireplaces and stoves, or for mulch and fertiliser. The unit focuses on straightforward operation, steady throughput and conformity with applicable European safety standards.

Key features

• Dual-hopper design: side hopper for branches up to 90 mm and top hopper for thin branches, leaves and grass.
• MultiCut combined cutting system: two heavy-duty cutting discs (primary knives) plus a set of hammers for secondary shredding to achieve uniform chip size.
• Calibration sieves included: 25 mm sieve supplied as standard; optional 20 mm and 15 mm sieves for finer chips.
• PowerGuard protective friction clutch: protects the drive by disengaging under excessive load to prevent damage.

Usage and performance
The MC-80BD shreds branches (softwood up to 90 mm, hardwood up to 50 mm) and converts garden and agricultural waste into calibrated chips. The unit can operate with or without a sieve (higher throughput without sieve). Chips pass through the selected sieve size (25 / 20 / 15 mm) and are suitable for fuel, mulch or compost applications.
