Overview
ZIP is available in 6 versions, depending on the number of weeding modules installed (from one to six depending on the transplanter used). Each ZIP is adequately adjusted according to the work area and other equipment used, making it a tailor-made product for the user.

Models

• DRIMAC ZIP.01 — The most versatile machine; weight 350 kg and compact dimensions allow it to work on all plant layouts with low power tractors (30 HP).
• DRIMAC ZIP.02 — Suitable for companies that work with different planting layout crops. Low weight allows for timely intervention.
• DRIMAC ZIP.03 — Most versatile model for small-medium farms with different crops and planting layouts. Low weight of the 3 modules allows timely intervention and a reduction of processing times to 3.5 hours/ha.
• DRIMAC ZIP.04 — 4-module machine that manages different types of plant layouts; the frame, on which the elements can be moved, reaches up to 3 m in width.
• DRIMAC ZIP.05 — Model with 5 modules, recommended for very large crops; best performance if adapted to the layout used by the transplanter.
• DRIMAC ZIP.06 — Suitable for very large extensions of any type of row crop. Six completely independent modules are able to cover very large surfaces in relatively short times.

• HOE TOOL — Blade studied in shape for a more effective action.
• SWITCHBOARD — Machine start and stop function, control and safety.
• DASHBOARD — Allows machine control from the tractor cab.
• HYDRAULIC SYSTEM — Consisting of tank and hydraulic system.
• LOCKING SYSTEM OF THE MODULE — Allows for safe road transport.

Optional / Customisation
One of the strengths is the ability to customise machines to suit specific needs. Options include movable elements, operator panels to manage intervention margins electronically, hoes and discs for inter-row finishing and the weeding element on the tractor track.

How ZIP works
ZIP system is designed to be simple and intuitive. Sensors read the position of the plants and their distance, allowing the activation of the mechanical arm that carries out the processing.
