Overview
ZIP is a modular mechanical inter-row weeding system available in six configurations (1 to 6 weeding modules). Each unit is adjusted to the working width and to the transplanting equipment, providing a tailored solution for a variety of row crops.

Models
DRIMAC ZIP.01
Single-module, most versatile unit: compact and lightweight (350 kg) for use on all plant spacings with low-power tractors (from 30 HP).

DRIMAC ZIP.02
Two-module version suited to farms with mixed planting layouts; limited weight enables rapid field intervention.

DRIMAC ZIP.03
Three-module solution for small to medium-size farms; low module weight improves maneuverability and can reduce working time to about 3.5 hours/ha.

DRIMAC ZIP.04
Four-module frame with adjustable elements to accommodate different plant spacings; frame width can reach up to 3 m.

DRIMAC ZIP.05
Five-module machine recommended for very large crops; best performance when adapted to the transplanting layout.

DRIMAC ZIP.06
Six independent modules designed to cover extensive fields efficiently, suitable for large-scale row crops.

• Hoe tool: shaped blade designed for effective weed removal between rows.

Optional
Wide range of customizations: movable elements, operator panels to adjust intervention margins electronically, inter-row finishing hoes and discs, and a weeding element for the tractor track. Options are selected according to crop layout and field requirements.

How it works
The ZIP system uses sensors to detect plant position and spacing, triggering the mechanical arm that performs precise mechanical weeding. The system is designed for simple setup and intuitive operation; demonstration videos show it in action.
