Opendrip drip irrigation pipe with an integrated turbulent cylindrical dripper designed for high resistance to obstruction. The emitter features a long labyrinth and wide passages to ensure uniform flow and excellent clogging resistance. Technology proven for over 25 years and developed by Gestiriego's R+D+i team to minimise blockages caused by sedimentation of particles, chemical precipitates and organic residues commonly found in ecological cropping systems.

OPENDRIP CHARACTERISTICS

• Anti-obstruction: large pre-filter surface prevents solids entering the labyrinth; labyrinth passages sized so particles that pass do not cause clogging.
• Raised twin pre-filter: fed by faster central water flow to keep the filter surface clean and avoid sedimentation when the system stops; twin design ensures one filter remains elevated.
• Uniformity in flow rate: long labyrinth reduces flow variation with pressure changes, delivering a consistent flow.
• High durability: dripper integrated into the pipe for strong resistance to UV and temperature changes; manufactured in high-quality polyethylene resistant to common chemicals, fertilisers, impacts and pressures.
