PRESS'ENTIEL is a range of closed-cage pneumatic wine presses designed for winemakers seeking a compact, easy-to-use and cost-effective solution. Available in 20 hl and 35 hl capacities, these presses are optimised for small-batch production and incorporate PERA OENOPROCESS technology for controlled, high-quality juice extraction. The press is operated via a 10" touch screen to configure and monitor pressing cycles.
