Product overview
PWL Speed Flow headers are rowless sunflower harvest headers designed to harvest sunflowers regardless of sowing direction. Units are available in multiple working widths from 4.1 m to 13.1 m and can be fitted with an optional roto-cut rotating cutter and reel to shred stem residue and protect combine tyres. The design targets seed loss as low as 3% and an operational speed up to 12 km/h, with a table-listed working speed of 7–10 km/h.

Roto-cut system and drive
The optional roto-cut assembly is mounted on an independent frame. Rotor tip speed reaches 25 m/s. Cutters are manufactured from wear-resistant steel with tungsten carbide coating. Power is transmitted via cast-iron bevel gear transmissions and PTO shafts. A central friction clutch protects the unit against sudden jams and allows higher working speeds.

Adjustable platform width & harvest quality
Crop divider platforms are manually adjustable within a 3.5–7 cm range; narrower clearances reduce seed loss. The platform and head handling design aim to ensure mostly flower heads enter the combine, maintaining harvest quality across sunflowers of varying heights.
