Overview
Speed Flow sunflower headers are rowless harvest headers designed to harvest regardless of sowing direction. Optional roto-cut rotating cutter with a reel shreds stem residues and protects the combine underside. Design solutions keep seed loss down to around 3% and enable operating speeds up to 12 km/h. An under-cutter rotor and hydraulic flap allow work on uneven sunflower fields. Available working widths range from 4.1 m to 13.1 m.

Roto-cut system
The optional roto-cut system is mounted on an independent frame with hydraulic adjustment of cutting height from the operator cabin. It uses durable bevel gears and cutters in wear-resistant steel with tungsten carbide coating. Rotor blade tip shredding speed is 25 m/s. A crushing reel behind the shredder protects tyres and accelerates residue decomposition.

Drive and components
Power to the roto-cut is transmitted via cast-iron bevel gear transmissions and PTO shafts, protected by a central friction clutch to prevent damage from sudden jams. The cutting unit incorporates components from established manufacturers to ensure durability and reliability.
