Overview
The CULTILINE XR is a mounted tillage tool with two rows of serrated discs, designed for high-speed combined work. Available in 3.00 m, 3.50 m and 4.00 m versions and compatible with XEOS units.

Features

• Two rows of 415 mm-diameter X-shaped serrated discs for effective mulch work at speed.
• High work rates: suitable for 12–15 km/h operation; up to 3.5 ha/h (XR 3000).
• Reinforced steel chassis and modular mounting for easy combination with seeding units.

Running costs
Operates without PTO and at low engine speeds to maximize fuel savings. The XR reduces implementation costs compared with animated tools.

Seedbed preparation
Soil flow is levelled by a comb harrow located behind the disc rows, then reconsolidated by a choice of rollers (Packer Ø 550, Gravity Ø 520 or Tracker Ø 550) before seeding.

Versatility
Designed for modular use: Xeos TF and Progress can be combined with the XR module or a SKY HR power harrow to support operations from first sowings through the season, including wet conditions.
