Overview
SKY rotary harrows (CULTILINE HRW series) are designed for combined operation to maximise field productivity while reducing the number of passes. Suitable for contractors and farmers working large-area crops, the HRW range offers wide working widths and heavy-duty components.

Transport safety
An intermediate frame supports the hydraulic folding system; each folding cylinder is equipped with safety guide yokes. Hydraulically-operated transport lock with a folded overall width of 2.95 m (2.50 m for HRW SLIM versions). Chassis in reinforced steel.

Central drive unit
A WALTERSCHEID 'Power Line' cardan shaft transmission (lubrication only every 250 hours) fitted with a torque limiter with automatic release/reset. Central drive units available for 280 or 360 hp (depending on series).

Rotors and bearings
Rotors mounted on tapered roller bearings, heavily dimensioned and combined with a large-diameter shaft to maintain constant tine-holder alignment even in extreme conditions. Factory-fitted spacer requires no further adjustment. Key components: Walterscheid - Timken - SKF.
