DESCRIPTIONElectric mixer EPS with Sabre-profile blades is suitable for multiple water treatment processes including equalization, neutralization, pH correction, flash-mixing, sludge conditioning, chemical mixing and recirculation. The "f" version is designed specifically for flocculation. The EPS mixer comprises an electric motor (can be supplied with mechanical variable speed drive or built-in inverter), gearbox, lantern bearing, shaft and Sabre-profile impeller. The shaft is flanged to the gearbox at the top and fitted with a keyed impeller at the bottom. The Sabre blade profile ensures efficient mixing and handles high flow rates. Impellers are positionable along the shaft and removable. Shaft length is customised to tank depth and calculated relative to tank diameter to prevent vibrations. Standard construction is carbon steel; stainless steel or special protections are available on request.
