DESCRIPTION
The electric agitator E4PI is designed for the dissolution of polyelectrolyte, lime and similar products used in water treatment processes. It comprises an electric motor, gearbox, lantern, shaft and an impeller manufactured from shaped steel sheet with four sloping blades joined by bolted or welded unions. The blade inclination promotes uniform agitation of the entire liquid mass, reduces shear on polymer chains and prevents formation of floating lumps. A variable speed drive can be fitted on request to adapt rotation speed to process needs. Standard construction is carbon steel; stainless steel and special protective covers are available on request.
