In addition, this submersible mixer is specially approved for Ex zone 1 and Ex zone 2. Individual solutions: Due to the unique SUMA modular design principle, different motor power, gear, agitator blades and mast clamp sizes can be combined to create an optimally customised agitator for the customer. Galvanic isolation: The SUMA 4-roller guide and the special plastic slide rails for different mast sizes ensure easy sliding up and down the mast and also electrical isolation from the guide mast. Optimum mixing result: The three separate oil circuits for the motor, gearbox and bearing housing ensure safe operation. A long-life oil with an extended oil change interval is used for the gearbox and the bearing housing. The sealing is done by means of the proven mechanical seal SiC/SiC in the bearing housing. Control: Either manual star-delta switches or automatic, time-controlled SUMA soft starters are available. All agitators can also be controlled via an external frequency converter.
