Galvanic isolation: Special slide rails and rollers prevent direct contact with the guide mast and thus guarantee galvanic isolation. The ss316 cable is also separated from the submersible mixer via a separate socket. Cable management: In our suspension devices, the electric cable is routed behind the square mast using cable clamps to prevent it from getting into the agitator blades and to ensure reliable operation. Agitator blades: The agitator blade itself is a 3-bladed HD+ agitator blade and is supplied in a balanced state to ensure smooth running. For different substrates, galvanised steel blades, stainless steel blades or surface-hardened blades are available. Thanks to the large diameter of the agitator blades, a high shear force is achieved. The blade is painted with a primer and a 2K epoxy paint. Gearbox: The robust planetary gearbox has its own oil circuit with long-life oil and an oil change interval of 8,000 operating hours.
