Description

• Propeller in hardened steel, galvanized, ss304 or ss316 • Mechanical seal SiC/SiC • 2 separated oil chambers for motor and bearing housing • Longlife-oil within the bearing housing • Guide mast support with 4 rollers for 80 x 80 / 100 x 100 / 120 x 120 mm mast • Galvanically insulated to the mast through ss316-ropee Scope of application: The OPTIMIX 2G with 3 kW is used in particular for smaller containers and substrates with a low dry matter content of up to 8%. Galvanic isolation: The SUMA 4-roller guide and the special plastic slide rails for different mast sizes ensure easy sliding on and off the mast and also electrical isolation from the guide mast. Optimal mixing result: The 2 separate oil circuits for the motor and bearing housing ensure safe agitator operation. A long-life oil with an extended oil change interval is used for the bearing housing. Sealing is achieved by means of the proven SiC/SiC mechanical seal in the bearing housing. The motor is cooled by turbine oil. Control: Either manual star-delta switches or automatic, time-controlled SUMA soft start controls are available. All agitators can also be controlled via an external frequency converter.
