Selectable-flow gallonage firefighting nozzle
The VIPER® SG is a selectable-flow firefighting nozzle for municipal and industrial applications, combining four preset gallonage positions plus a FLUSH mode. Constructed from hard-coated extruded E-Lite alloy for long service life and simple operation.

Flow Settings
Flow is selected via an easy-grip ring with distinct preset positions for rapid, repeatable adjustment. The FLUSH position clears debris from the nozzle bore to maintain consistent flow and pattern quality.

Markings
Flow selector and pattern markings use high-visibility reflective labels on anodized aluminum for clear identification in low light.

Shut Off Valve
Low-maintenance OPEN/CLOSE shut-off valve operated by a simple handle. The mechanism offers smooth operation for quick valve actuation by crews.

Stream Pattern
Stream pattern is adjusted by rotating the bumper from full fog (widest fog protection) to narrow fog and straight stream. The nozzle is fitted with polyamide/fiberglass spinning teeth; metal spinning teeth are available as an option for specific applications.

Foam
When used with inline eductors and foam tubes, the VIPER® SG functions as an aspirating foam nozzle compatible with standard foam systems.

Standard inlet thread options include:

• NST/NH Female
• NPSH/IPT Female · BSP Male/Female

Optional couplings available on request: STORZ, BARCELONA UNE 23400, DSP/GUILLEMIN, UNI, NOR and GOST. A swivel inlet is available to permit continuous rotation while connected to the supply hose.

Lot Number
Each nozzle is marked with a lot number at the factory to ensure traceability for inspection and service records.

Service and Maintenance
Minimal maintenance when flushed regularly with clean water after use with foam or contaminated water. Service kits and spare parts are available to support field maintenance.
