Short description
Durable, lightweight industrial firefighting spray nozzle designed for basic extinguishing duties. Constructed in hard-coated aluminium with a protective rubber bumper and polyamide/fiberglass reinforced spinning teeth to deliver a consistent fog or straight stream. Available in tip-only, with pistol grip, or with shut-off valve configurations.

Settings
Twist-type shut-off tip offering selectable patterns: straight stream, narrow fog and wide fog. A FLUSH mode clears debris from the nozzle to prevent pattern disruption or flow reduction.

Stream pattern
The spray pattern is adjusted by rotating the bumper, allowing selection from the widest fog (Full Fog – Protection) to narrow fog and straight stream. Spinning teeth maintain droplet formation for effective cooling and suppression.

VIPER shut-off valve option
The VIPER shut-off valve requires minimal maintenance and is operated by a lever with OPEN/CLOSE positions for rapid control during operations.

Markings
High-visibility reflective labels applied to anodized aluminium for easy reading under low-light conditions.

Foam
Viper ST can be used as a foam nozzle when combined with inline eductors and low-expansion foam tubes; compatibility depends on eductor and proportioning setup.

Couplings available on request: STORZ, BARCELONA UNE 23400, DSP/GUILLEMIN, UNI, NOR and GOST. A rotating inlet with pistol-grip or shut-off valve options allows continuous rotation while connected to the supply hose.

Batch number
Pistol-grip and shut-off valve variants are marked with a batch number before leaving the factory for traceability.

Service and maintenance
Minimal maintenance required when the unit is flushed with clean water after use with foam or contaminated water. Service kits are available. TIPSA reserves the right to modify specifications without prior notice to meet evolving standards.
