Description

Overview
Versatile lightweight constant-flow fire nozzles with a fixed orifice and the patented RYLSTATIC® system to deliver a uniform fog pattern with reduced friction loss. High-quality stainless steel components and a dual-seat ball valve provide durability and reliable operation. Designed and built to meet NFPA 1964 and UNE EN 15182-1 / EN 15182-2 type 2 requirements.

Key Features
  • Patented RYLSTATIC® system producing a uniform water fog with smaller droplets and lower friction loss.
  • Constant gallonage across a wide pressure range for predictable performance.
  • Low-maintenance stainless steel ball shut-off valve with dual seats and a smooth OPEN/CLOSE handle.
  • Stainless steel inlet screen to prevent debris ingress.
  • Laser-engraved flow selector and pattern ring markings on anodized aluminium for durable readability.
  • Lot number marked on every nozzle for full traceability.

Flow Settings
Optimized stream performance from 50 PSI (3.5 bar) to 100 PSI (7 bar). Available in four models with over 40 flow/pressure configurations. Includes a FLUSH mode to clear debris and avoid pattern disruption or flow reduction.

Stream Pattern
Pattern adjusted by rotating the bumper from Full Fog (Protection) to Narrow Fog and Straight Stream. Bumper includes a raised lug to identify Narrow Fog in low visibility. RYLSTATIC® fog delivers a broader protection shield with smaller droplets and less friction loss versus traditional systems.

Shut Off Valve
Dual-seat, dual driven-shaft stainless steel ball valve resists water hammer and improves durability. Operated by a smooth OPEN/CLOSE handle for easy control and low maintenance.

Stainless Steel Inlet Screen
Internal stainless steel inlet screen prevents debris entry, reducing risk of damage or failure during operation.

Ring Markings & Lot Number
Flow selector and pattern ring are laser-engraved on anodized aluminium for long-lasting readability. Each nozzle is marked with a lot number for traceability.

Inlet Options
  • NST/NH Female
  • NPSH/IPT Female
  • BSP Female
Optional couplings on request: STORZ, BARCELONA UNE 23400, DSP/GUILLEMIN, UNI, NOR, GOST. Swivel inlet allows continuous rotation while connected to the supply hose.

Foam
Compatible with an optional foam tube for use with pre-mixed foam solutions and inline eductors.

Approvals and Standards
Compliant with NFPA 1964. Manufactured in an ISO9001 accredited facility. EN15182-1 & EN15182-2 type 2 self-certificate available on request.

Service and Maintenance
Minimal maintenance required if regularly flushed with clean water after use with foam or contaminated water. Service kits available.
