Description

Short description
Lightweight selectable-flow attack nozzle for firefighting operations, incorporating the patented RYLSTATIC® fog system and options for foam and multiple inlet/coupling types.

Key features
  • Selectable flow via an easy-grip ring with preset positions and raised lug for maximum flow identification.
  • Patented RYLSTATIC® system for a uniform fog pattern with smaller droplets and reduced friction loss.
  • UL listed version available for the 1 1/2 in VA 3012; EN 15182-4 type 3 certified for VA 1562.
  • Flush mode to clear debris and preserve pattern and flow.
  • Optional DUAL system (RYLSTATIC® + rotating turbine) available on request.

Featuring the Innovative Rylstatic® System
RYLSTATIC® produces a consistent fog with finer droplets and lower friction loss than traditional designs, delivering a broader protective fog shield for firefighting teams.

Flow Settings
The flow is adjusted using an easy-grip selector ring with tactile preset stops. A raised lug marks the maximum flow position for low-visibility conditions. A FLUSH mode clears internal debris. All models include a pressure eliminator for stable flow settings across varying inlet pressures.

Stream Pattern
Rotate the bumper to select Full Fog (Protection), Narrow Fog, or Straight Stream. A raised bumper lug identifies Narrow Fog in low-visibility situations. Standard models include the RYLSTATIC® fog pattern; a DUAL configuration combining RYLSTATIC® with a rotating turbine is available by request.

Shut Off Valve
The shut-off valve features dual seats and a dual-driven shaft to improve resistance to water hammer and increase durability. The stainless steel ball valve is operated via an OPEN/CLOSE handle for smooth, low-maintenance operation.

Stainless Steel Inlet Screen
An internal stainless steel screen protects the nozzle from debris entry and reduces the risk of damage or failure during operation.

Ring Markings
Flow selector and pattern ring markings are laser engraved on anodized aluminum for long-lasting readability.

Lot Number
Each nozzle is marked with a lot number for full traceability before leaving the factory.

Inlet Options
  • NST/NH Female
  • NPSH/IPT Female
  • BSP Female

Couplings (available on request)
Available with STORZ, BARCELONA UNE 23400, DSP/GUILLEMIN, UNI, NOR and GOST couplings. The swivel inlet allows continuous rotation while connected to the supply hose.

Foam
The VIPER ATTACK® can operate as an aspirating foam nozzle with an optional foam tube and is compatible with pre-mixed foam solutions and inline eductors.

Approvals and Standards
Manufactured in an ISO 9001 accredited facility. Complies with NFPA 1964. EN15182-1 and EN15182-2 type 3 certification available on request.

Service and Maintenance
Minimal maintenance required if flushed with clean water after use with foam or contaminated water. Service kits available.
