The lightweight solution for unrolling and distributing round bales. DR 150 and DR 150T. The light unroller DR 150, with an unladen weight under 400 kg, is suitable for farmhands and articulated loaders. Its low weight combined with an optional hydraulic loading arm allows easy handling and unrolling of round bales and works with all types of tractors, including small low-rev ones, without using the PTO.

Models

• DR 150: lightweight model, unladen weight under 400 kg, designed to unroll and distribute round bales.
• DR 150T: model equipped with a mechanized conveyor for controlled distribution to the left or right; independent chassis for conveyor-based unrolling.

Key features - DR 150

• Chain-and-slat belt: chain tension naturally adjusts according to bale weight. Fitted with fixed teeth, the belt can run forward and reverse.
• Fixed teeth: the chain belt has fixed teeth allowing forward and reverse operation to manage bale position.
• Adjustable hitch: standard mounting can be central or offset (30 cm) to adapt the machine footprint to buildings and desired distribution.
• Hydraulic loading arm (option): enables autonomous loading of the round bale into the unroller box.

Key features - DR 150T

• Mechanized conveyor: independent chassis for conveyor-based unrolling. Distribution possible to the right or left. The conveyor has straight metal slats with adjustable height in 3 positions: 40–52 cm from the ground.
• Ground controls: standard equipment includes a hydraulic distributor and a flow regulator to operate functions from the ground.
• Chain belt with slats: tension adjusts automatically thanks to bale weight; the bottom rises progressively to unroll the bale until finished.
• Fixed teeth: bale position managed via forward/reverse belt operation.

Use
Machine suitable for farmhands, articulated loaders and small tractors. Allows unrolling and distributing straw, hay and wrapped bales on a chain-and-slat belt or a mechanized conveyor depending on the version.
