The DR160 S PIC is a compact unroller engineered to simplify handling, loading and feeding of round bales thanks to its integrated spike. Its lightweight and robust design (550 kg) makes it suitable for farm loaders and mini-loaders. The ultra-low stainless-steel floor ensures long service life and eases loading. Feeding is reversible (right/left) and the machine does not require special hitch constraints.

Key features

• Connection system: Drive is provided via two mechanical sprockets, one on the unroller body and one on the spike loader. The spike is powered by a high-torque hydraulic motor.
• Stainless-steel floor: Ultra-low stainless-steel floor resistant to harsh conditions and acidity, facilitating loading.
• Discharge lips: Standard discharge lips ensure product offset and prevent return under the machine.
• Spike loader: Equipped with 2 tines Ø40 mm, length 1.3 m; the tines also align the spike with the body during connection.
• Automatic locking: Once the unroller is lifted, the body locks automatically onto the spike without manual action; unlocking is performed the same way.
• Roller chain: Fitted with galvanized Ø31 roller chains allowing right and left feeding and ensuring long service life.
