Scope of application:
The BG2 was specially developed for biogas and industrial plants that consist of covered or open lagoons. Retrofitting is possible with the help of illustrated assembly instructions.

Adjustment options:
The vertical height adjustment of the agitator is done by means of a top link.

Gas tightness:
The gas-tight feed-through of the agitator pipe is attached to the film by means of an EPDM membrane with ring flanges. This decouples the agitator from the film and prevents the risk of cracks forming due to vibrations.

Design:
Long axis agitator with electric motor, gearbox, agitator tube with bearing/seal unit in a low-maintenance modular design. An attached oil equalisation tank is used for lubrication and leak monitoring.
The scope of delivery includes an agitator bracket for mounting the agitator on the customer's concrete foundation.
