Hydromodul-C quick relief valve is a hydraulically operated diaphragm-controlled safety valve engineered to rapidly discharge excess pressure while minimizing cavitation and pressure loss. It is suitable for irrigation, waterworks and industrial water distribution systems. The design enables easy maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline and allows pilot-circuit modifications for different functions.

• Hydrodynamic globe-body design without stagnation pockets for low pressure loss
• Standard body: ductile cast iron (GS500 / GGG50); carbon steel available on request
• Protective coating: 200°C furnace-applied polyester powder, ≥250 µm thickness
• Guided plunger shaft with dedicated plunger-disc and seat geometry to reduce cavitation
• Optional removable stainless-steel seat for enhanced cavitation resistance
• Obstacle-free full port; no spokes or grids in the closing passage to reduce clogging and simplify maintenance
• Optional dissipating cage obturator for higher pressure dissipation and opening stabilization
• Stainless-steel shaft, return spring located outside the flow path, and stainless-steel cover bolts
• Nylon-reinforced Buna-N diaphragm and anti-abrasion polyurethane plunger seal disc
• Drain plug (optional) on valve bottom for complete drainage in frost conditions
• Design permits pilot circuit maintenance while valve remains in service
• Main pilot pressure gauge included; additional gauges available on request
