Hydromodul-C Electric is a solenoid-operated membrane hydraulic control valve engineered for irrigation, aqueduct and waterworks applications. Designed for low pressure loss, cavitation resistance and flexible pilot circuit configurations.
Applications
Irrigation systems, municipal aqueducts, potable water distribution and industrial waterworks requiring reliable pressure control and anti-cavitation performance.
Key features
Hydrodynamic globe body section without stagnation pockets (low pressure loss)
Standard body: ductile cast iron GS500/GGG50 (carbon steel on request)
Polyester powder coating cured at 200°C, minimum 250 μm thickness
Fully guided plunger shaft with independent guide and seal seat
Plunger disc and seat shaped to minimise cavitation risk; optional removable stainless steel seat for enhanced cavitation resistance
Obstacle-free full bore design; no spokes or grids in the closing passage to reduce clogging and simplify maintenance
Optional dissipating cage obturator for higher pressure dissipation and stabilized opening without valve modification
Stainless steel shaft and return spring positioned outside the flow path to avoid additional turbulence and clogging
Nylon-reinforced Buna-N diaphragm and anti-abrasion polyurethane plunger seal
All pilot and command connections routed over the valve cover for easy access
Main function pressure gauge included for pilot calibration; additional gauges available on request
Optional drain plug on valve bottom for total drainage in freezing conditions
Standards
Flange-to-flange dimension: UNI-EN 558-1, DIN 3202 series F5
Flange drilling: ISO PN10-16; ANSI 150-300 on request
Compliant for potable water use: DM174 / GU166 / DE98/83CE
