The Contractor Mill 1030 is built for on‑site grain contractors, combining a mobile undercarriage for long‑distance travel with robust components for operation over rough terrain. Integrated 400 L applicators accept alkaline or acidic preservatives for dry rolling, flat rolling, crimping and grinding operations. Applicator flow is adjustable to apply a range of minerals and proteins.

Capabilities and operation
All combinable crops (grain, beans, peas, maize, oats, barley, etc.) are processed by 1000 x 300 mm fluted solid chilled rolls designed for extended service life. Routine maintenance is simplified by central greasing points and easy access to bearings. After processing, the mill can be quickly power washed and drained via dedicated ports to reduce downtime. Throughput can be recorded by volume or weight to produce customer receipts. Multiple discharge options are available: conveyor, elevator, auger or bagging. Required power: 120 Hp.
