Overview
EXATOP combines two proven principles: the Swiss-style ventilation column and a ground‑coupled air exchanger (Canadian well). The system routes outside air through a duct beneath the floor, typically under circulation aisles. In winter the incoming air is preheated; in summer it is cooled. The preconditioned air then passes through the EXATOP column, which includes an internal damper actuated by a motorized linkage to open or close automatically based on room temperature, ensuring even air distribution per room.

Technical benefits
