Overview
The DISCO and VISIO pre-pruners are tractor-mounted pre-pruners designed for in-the-row use on wide-row vineyards. The DISCO model provides an economical, lightweight solution for varied and difficult terrain, while the VISIO model delivers higher power and faster operation with improved cut quality and debris crumbling performance.

DISCO (advantages and features)

• Specially shaped discs ensure good grip of vine shoots and a clean cut

VISIO (advantages and features)

• Discs enable fine crumbling of vine shoots and improved cleaning of trellis lifting wires
• Equipped with PRADINES blades sharpened on both sides, doubling blade service life
• Low rotational speed of cages reduces debris scattering and increases safety
• Blade-against-blade cutting system does not generate sawdust, preventing radiator clogging

Optional systems and ergonomic features

• Post detector (optional): automatic opening at posts that adapts to post diameter; cleans shoots around posts more effectively than manual work; adjustable for several post types; cutting element rotation proportional to tractor forward movement to avoid pulling branches; anti-impact safety device on each detector; enables day and night work without loss of precision
• Automatic cordon tracking (optional): cutting height automatically adjusts to cordon height for final-pruning-like results; allows comfortable day and night operation without loss of precision
• Lateral cutter bars (60 cm) to cut hanging vine shoots and save pruning time (option)
• Lateral discs (45 cm) available for dense plants (option on VISIO)
