OverviewDirect-flame drying for high energy yield and reduced consumption. Born from deep knowledge of agricultural needs, TURBODRY dryers are designed for direct-flame grain drying with models differing by size, power and maximum production capacity. Units are configurable with construction variants to meet specific farm requirements.
Key benefits- High energy efficiency through direct-flame drying and thermal optimization.
- Temperature stability ensured by a drying chamber lined with refractory material for more complete combustion and energy savings.
- Drying homogeneity achieved by continuous internal product movement for uniform drying and improved preservation.
- Fast drying enabled by a large heat exchange surface between hot air and product, allowing rapid drying without compromising quality.
Main components (visualizer)- Loading auger: allows loading the product to be dried into the dryer bell.
- Central auger: transports the product upwards, reintroducing it into the drying area and later facilitating discharge of the dried product.
- Swivel discharge: dried grain can be discharged by gravity or, on flat ground, via an electric-motor auger ensuring a constant flow.
- Burner: heat source for drying. Standard equipment includes diesel burners; methane gas or LPG burners available on request.
- Fan: draws external air, channels it through the pre-heated furnace, and sends it into the bell to uniformly reduce grain moisture.
- Expulsion cleaner: removes impurities using a drop-expulsion mechanism, separating unwanted fractions from input or output product.
- Electrical panel (automatic/manual): centralized management of all dryer operations in automatic or manual mode.
- Drive (PTO and/or electric): mobile dryers are available with PTO (cardan), electric or mixed drive depending on operational needs.
- Sensors: temperature sensors measure and monitor product temperature during drying processes.
