BIODRY is Strahl’s series of mobile dryers designed for cereals, legumes and seeds requiring clean, protected drying air, also ideal for organic supply chains and operations sensitive to quality and traceability. Thanks to a stainless steel heat exchanger, combustion air is separated from drying air, reducing contamination risk and preserving the product’s organoleptic characteristics. The compact yet efficient boiler helps contain atmospheric emissions and reduce thermal energy losses, supporting a more sustainable and cost-effective drying process for farms, contractors and facilities focused on quality and process control.

• Loading Hopper — The loading hopper allows loading of the product to be dried and the separation of unwanted elements and materials.
• Central Auger — The central auger is designed to transport the product upwards, reintroducing it into the drying area and subsequently facilitating product discharge.
• Swivel Discharge — Dried grain can be discharged simply by gravity or, without slope, via an auger with electric motor.
• Heat Exchanger — The heat exchanger keeps the combustion air flow and the drying air flow that comes into contact with the grain completely separate.
• Fan — The fan draws external air, channels it through the pre-heated furnace and sends it into the bell to reduce grain moisture.
• Expulsion Cleaner — The expulsion cleaner is a device that removes impurities using a drop expulsion mechanism.
• Electrical Panel (automatic/manual) — The electrical panel allows full centralized management of all dryer operational processes.
• Drive (PTO and/or electric) — Strahl mobile dryers are available with PTO (cardan), electric or mixed drive, depending on operational needs.
• Temperature Sensors — Temperature sensors measure and monitor product temperature during drying processes.
