Overview
BIODRY is Strahl's series of mobile dryers for cereals, legumes and seeds that require clean, protected drying air. An integrated stainless-steel heat exchanger separates combustion air from drying air to minimize contamination risk and preserve organoleptic qualities. The compact, efficient boiler limits emissions and reduces thermal losses to support more sustainable, controllable drying for farms, contractors and quality-focused facilities.

Components

• Loading hopper: enables product loading and separation of unwanted material.
• Central auger: conveys product upward, recirculating it into the drying zone and easing discharge.
• Swivel discharge: allows gravity discharge or, on flat installations, auger discharge with electric motor.
• Heat exchanger: maintains complete separation between combustion and drying airflows.
• Fan: draws ambient air through the preheated furnace and into the drying bell to reduce grain moisture.
• Expulsion cleaner: removes impurities using a drop-expulsion mechanism.
• Electrical panel (automatic/manual): centralized management of dryer processes and functions.
• Drive (PTO and/or electric): flexible mobility and power configurations.
• Temperature sensors: monitor product temperature throughout drying cycles.
