Born from agricultural expertise, the TURBODRY series consists of mobile grain dryers engineered for direct‑flame drying, configurable sizes and high throughput. Models vary by width, capacity and drive/power options to match farm operational needs.

Compact Efficiency

• Thermal optimization: Generated heat is directed onto the product to minimize losses and improve process energy efficiency.
• Temperature stability: Refractory‑lined drying chamber stabilizes hot‑air temperature for more complete combustion and energy savings.
• Drying homogeneity: Continuous internal product movement ensures uniform drying, preserving quality and storage properties.
• Fast drying: Large heat‑exchange surface between hot air and grain enables reduced drying times without quality loss.

Core components and functions

• Loading auger: Feeds product into the dryer bell.
• Central auger: Transports product upward and reintroduces it into the drying area; assists discharge of dried product.
• Swivel discharge: Dried grain can be gravity‑discharged or, on flat ground, via an electric auger for constant flow.
• Burner: Heat source for drying; standard diesel burners supplied, methane or LPG burners available on request.
• Fan: Draws external air through the preheated furnace and distributes hot air in the bell to lower moisture uniformly.
• Expulsion cleaner: Removes impurities by drop‑expulsion, separating undesired fractions.
• Electrical panel (automatic/manual): Centralized management of dryer operations with automatic or manual modes.
• Drive (PTO and/or electric): Mobile units available with PTO (cardan), electric or mixed drives.
